REGISTER FOR ATSI CLASSES
Complete Registration form below to sign up for class selected. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE ONLY (bring copy of receipt) OR PAYMENT BY CASH OR MONEY ORDER must be made 1st day of class.
Please select the course AND THE DATE YOU WILL BE ATTENDING below. You MUST choose the class you will be attending. To select your class, click on the button next to DWI Education OR Alcohol Awareness/Minor in Possession OR Drug Offender Education Program. After selecting the class, choose the dates you will attend from the drop-down menu.

THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:
Please bring the following items with you to the first class:
- Drivers License #
- SSN #
- Judge's name or court name
- Cause # (needed for DWI and DOEP classes only)
Early attendance is required on the first day of class. Please check arrival times for your particular class:
